Wet pet hair will stick to fabric. Use a vacuum to remove as much pet hair as possible before washing.

Remove the Cover

Use the zip to remove the cover. For non-removable covers, follow the same instructions except hand-wash using a damp sponge and mild stain remover.

Use Stain Remover

For tricky stains, spray the bed with a stain remover before it goes in the washing machine. Do not bleach.

Wash the Bed

Load into the washing machine at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle using a mild detergent to prevent irritation.

Dry the Bed

Lay the cover or dog bed flat and air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent any mould or mildew from growing. Do not tumble dry or iron.

Stare in amazement as your dog bed miraculously returns to its former glory. Until Fido decides it’s time to wash it again, anyway.
